Mathematics is the Queen of all Sciences and the foundation of all engineering courses. The primary objective of the Maths Department is to provide a strong mathematical background to our budding engineers to cope with the demands of emerging technology at all levels to cater to the needs of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in engineering.

The department offers strong fundamentals in Science and Technology for undergraduate courses and develops the acumen for research activities in Applied Physics. It caters to the needs of students in increasing their knowledge in Applied Physics to benefit their career as an effective engineer.

The Department of Chemistry is unique in providing the intellectual foundation for the design and creation of new forms of matter. It has a culture of synergistic collaboration with universities through seminars and workshops thus providing an opportunity to develop the skill of conducting experiments. The Department has a well equipped laboratory with uninterrupted power supply.
