The Excel Engineering College Green Club and Swachh Bharat, in association with the Environmentalist Foundation of India (EFI), jointly organized a Seed Ball Making Program in view of World Earth Day on 24.04.2026.

Mrs. Madhumathy from EFI delivered an insightful session on the importance of lake restoration, World Earth Day, and tree plantation, inspiring students to contribute actively toward ecological balance. Following the session, students were trained in making tree saplings and seed balls through hands-on participation.

A total of 60 tree saplings and 500 seed balls were prepared during the programme . These will be used for upcoming green initiatives planned for World Environment Day on 5th June.
