The speaker of the program is Mrs.Mouna M.E, Assistant professor, Department of Information Technology. Subhas Chandra Bose was born on 23 January 1897, Cuttack, Orissa. He is known for his special contribution to India’s freedom struggle. This year, the government has decided that the Republic Day celebrations will begin from 23 January instead of 24 January to include the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
