This cell will be responsible for arranging semester wise extra training for the students. The trainings can be arranged in either vacations or during the academic schedule including Sundays. This cell should comprise of one coordinator and one member from each department of the institute. The duties of this cell can be
- Preparing the students for aptitude, soft skills and Psychometric test.
- Working on English communication with the students.
- Conducting Mock interviews for TI, PI, MR and HR
- Conducting Mock tests (Verbal, Nonverbal, aptitude reasoning, etc.)
- Training should be a proper mix of in house training and trainings by experts.
- Company based tests are to be conducted according to the pattern of the company.
The students are trained to attain placement through a variety of programmes run by the Placement & Training Cell such as:
- Corporate leaders from leading industries are invited regularly to interact with students
- Various Training Programmes are organized to train the students in the areas of Aptitude, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Verbal.
- Technical training programmes are being conducted by Technical experts
- Training through Mock Interviews for students to perform well in the professional interviews as per the expectations of the corporate world
