The Peer Teaching Series: 01, titled “Energizing the Educator Within Through Dynamic Activities”, was successfully conducted on the 12^th and 13^th June 2025 at A8 Block Velappar Hall, Excel College for Commerce and Science. This faculty development initiative was designed to invigorate teaching professionals through experiential and engaging training sessions.

The two-day program was inaugurated by Dr. R. Vimal Nishant, Principal, Excel College for Commerce and Science, on Day 1, and by Dr. K. Manjula, Programme Head, School of Arts and Science, on Day 2. Who also welcomed the newly joined faculty members during her address. The sessions were facilitated by P.Y.Dr. Naveen, Head of the Soft Skills and Experiential Learning Division, Excel Technical Campus, and were introduced by Mr. B. Arulraj, Assistant Professor of English.

Dr. Naveen ’s interactive and reflective activities revitalized the teaching spirit through collaborative games, psychological insights, motivational challenges, and dynamic group-based engagements. The program received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants, who reported enhanced confidence in applying experiential teaching techniques, improved communication strategies, and a renewed passion for their profession.

This successful initiative marked a strong beginning to the Excel Faculty Forum’s 2025–26 academic year and reaffirmed Excel College for Commerce and Science’s commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
