The Differently abled Students Cell for Persons with Disabilities was established in the year 2018 as an Enabling Unit, in compliance with the UGC Scheme for Persons with Disabilities.

Taking a pledge to secure the rights of persons with disabilities, this cell aims to cater to the diverse the needs of students, faculties, administrative staff and visitors with disabilities at Excel.

Excel College for Commerce and Science strives to protect the rights and needs of every section of the society, thereby fulfilling the larger goal of making the University one of the most inclusive campuses.
