Placement Policy

Our institution’s placement policy is ‘One Student, One Offer’,

Ensuring each student receives a single placement opportunity. Students interested in campus placements must register for the selection process, as announced by the Centre for Training and Placement, typically during the fourth semester of second year of studies.”

Procedure for Placement Registration

  • Check Eligibility

Check your eligibility for campus placements as per the guidelines set by the Training and Placement (T&P) Cell or Career Services.

  • Notification

Wait for the T&P Cell or Career Services to announce the registration notification for Arts and Science students.

Online Registration

Register online by filling out the placement registration form, providing required details such as:

  • Personal information
  • Academic details
  • Skills and interests
  • Preferred job roles and industries
  • Upload Documents
  • Upload required documents, such as:
  • Resume
  • Identity proof (College ID, Aadhaar, etc.)
  • Academic records (Transcripts, Mark sheets, etc.)
  • Payment of Registration Fee

Pay the registration fee (if applicable) as specified by the institution.

  • Verification

Verify your registration and documents with the T&P Cell or Career Services.

  • Waitlist

Wait for the T&P Cell or Career Services to confirm your registration and add you to the waitlist for  the placement process.

Guidelines for Placement drive on and off campus

  1. Registration: Register for the drive before the deadline.
  2. Resume Submission: Submit your resume as per the specified format.
  3. Dress Code: Dress professionally and appropriately.
  4. Punctuality: Arrive on time for the drive.
  5. Admit Card: Bring your admit card and a government-issued ID.
  6. Device switching Off: Switch off your mobile phones or put them on silent mode.
  7. Follow Instructions: Adhere to the instructions given by the drive coordinators.

OFF Campus Drive:

  1. Eligibility: Check your eligibility criteria before applying.
  2. Application Deadline: Apply before the specified deadline.
  3. Documentation: Keep your documents ready, including your resume, certificates, and ID proof.
  4. Communication: Be prepared for telephonic or video interviews.
  5. Time Management: Manage your time effectively for online assessments or interviews.
  6. Technical Requirements: Ensure stable internet connectivity and necessary software/hardware.
  7. Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and demeanour throughout the process.

Pre Placement Protocol

  1. Registration: Students register for placement services, providing personal and academic information.
  2. Resume Building: Students create and refine their resumes with guidance from career counsellors.
  3. Career Counselling: Students receive guidance on career options, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
  4. Company Outreach: Career services reach out to potential employers to generate job opportunities.
  5. Job Postings: Available positions are posted on the college/university’s job portal or shared through email.
  6. Application and Selection: Students apply for jobs, and employers select candidates for interviews.
  7. Interviews: Students participate in interviews, either on-campus or off-campus.
  8. Placement Offers: Selected students receive job offers, and the placement process is completed.
