Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)

Goal

To foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity within Excel College, empowering students, faculty, and staff to become catalysts of positive change in their communities and the world.

Mission

Cultivate innovation: We aim to instill an innovation mindset among all members of Excel College, encouraging them to embrace change, take calculated risks, and think critically and creatively.
Promote entrepreneurship: We seek to identify, nurture, and support entrepreneurial talent among students and faculty, providing resources and mentorship to turn innovative ideas into successful startups and initiatives.
Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration: We work to create an environment where students, faculty, and staff from various disciplines can collaborate on innovative projects, fostering cross-pollination of ideas.
Incubate and support startups: Excel College's IIC provides resources and guidance for budding entrepreneurs to nurture and develop their ideas, helping them transform innovative concepts into successful startups.
Community engagement: We extend our commitment to innovation beyond Excel College's boundaries, collaborating with local communities, industries, and organizations to address pressing issues and create a positive impact.
