About the Club
Enrollment to N.S.S is optional to all students of degree classes. An N.S.S volunteer who completes 240 hours of regular social service and attend one annual training camp will be issued with certificate by the University. This certificate holder will get incentives and bonus marks for getting admission to higher studies.

NSS in ECCS
The National Service Scheme (NSS) of Excel College for Commerce and Science has 1 unit headed by NSS Programme officer Mr.B.Balasaravanan, Assistant Professor, Department of English,with a volunteer strength of 100, which is organizing various awareness programmes with the association of village people, local body administration and school children. During these camps, our NSS volunteers render various services in the adopted villages like Swatch Bharat (Clean India), Awareness Rally, Digital India, PMKVY(training for young minds), Free Medical Camp, Eye Camp, Sapling plantations etc.
