Excel College for Commerce and Science, National Service Scheme Independence Day Celebrations 2024,

Salem, August 15, 2024, The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Excel College for Commerce and Science. The event was graced by Dr. R. Jaganathan, Honourable Vice Chancellor of Periyar University, Salem, who served as the chief guest.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers from the college showcased impressive drill performances as part of the celebration. Their dedication and precision were highly appreciated by Dr. R. Jaganathan, who commended their efforts and expressed his admiration for their discipline and commitment to service.

Dr. S. Sathish, NSS Coordinator of Periyar University, Salem, also extended his congratulations to the NSS troop for their outstanding participation in the event. Both dignitaries lauded the college’s NSS unit for its continuous efforts in promoting social service and leadership among the students.

The event concluded with the singing of the National Anthem, bringing the ceremony to a dignified close.
