The Department of Artificial Intelligence & Data science and Information Technology successfully held a Career Guidance Program on August 20, 2024, with the theme Next-Gen IT Careers: Preparing for Tomorrow’s Tech Industry. About 100 students attended the event, which was organized by Mr. K. Ramani, the department head, and Ms. V. Harini, assistant professor of artificial intelligence, data science, and information technology. Students gained insightful knowledge from the interactive sessions, where they could ask questions and get advice on career paths, certifications, and expectations from the industry. The presenters emphasized the value of practical experience, urging students to take part in projects, internships, and real-world problem-solving to establish a solid basis for their future jobs.
