Vision

To create multidisciplinary skilled automotive engineers with ethical and social value  to work successfully in automotive industries.

Mission

  • M1 – To inculcate technical knowledge and expertise through well-equipped automobile laboratories
  • M2 – To enhance teaching and learning processes by using ICT tools and technical skills related to motor vehicles.
  • M3 – To improve attitude and ethics to meet the evolving needs of industry and society

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOS)

Diploma Holders of Automobile Engineering will be able to,

  • PEO 1 –To serve in the manufacturing and automotive sectors with technical and interpersonal competencies to meet the demands of industries.
  • PEO2- To pursue higher education and career opportunities
  • PEO 3 –   To analyse real-life problems and provide technically sound and socially acceptable solutions

PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSO)

  • PSO-1   Apply the concept of alternative advanced fuels, combustion technology and emission norms for manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical systems and processes used in the automotive sector.
  • PSO-2  Use relevant machinery, materials, equipment and processes to manufacture automobile components
