Our mission is to deliver comprehensive academic pathways, innovative research experiences, and hands-on clinical training in medical laboratory science. We are dedicated to cultivating a spirit of lifelong learning, professional ethics, and social responsibility, equipping learners to address the advancing challenges of healthcare with expertise, empathy, and integrity

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOS)

PEO1 –To apply the knowledge of Medical laboratory to solve problems of social relevance and pursue higher education.

PEO2 – To engage in the performance, analysis, and quality assurance of laboratory investigations in biochemistry, microbiology, haematology, pathology, and allied healthcare laboratories using modern diagnostic techniques.

PEO3 – To work effectively as individuals and as team members in clinical and multidisciplinary healthcare environments with ethical, safe, and responsible professional commitment.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSO)

PSO 1 – Laboratory Competence & Analytical Skills
Graduates will demonstrate proficiency in performing laboratory tests across biochemistry, microbiology, haematology, immunology, and pathology, while accurately analysing and interpreting results to support effective diagnosis and treatment.

PSO 2 – Quality, Ethics & Professional Growth
Graduates will apply quality assurance practices and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, while engaging in lifelong learning to remain updated with advancements in medical technology and healthcare trends.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES (PO’S)

PO1: Basic and Discipline-specific knowledge: Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and engineering fundamentals and an engineering specialization to solve the engineering problems.

PO2: Problem analysis: Identify and analysis well-defined engineering problems using codified standard methods.

PO3: Design/ development of solutions: Design solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist with the design of systems components or processes to meet specified needs.

PO4: Engineering Tools, Experimentation, and Testing: Apply modern engineering tools and appropriate technique to conduct standard tests and measurements.

PO5: Engineering practices for society, sustainability and environment: Apply appropriate technology in the context of society, sustainability, environment and ethical practices.

PO6: Project Management: Use engineering management principles individually, as a team member or as a leader to manage projects and effectively communicate about well-defined engineering activities.
