The Department of Pharmaceutics, K.S. Rangasamy College of Pharmacy, organized a One-Day National Seminar on “Smart Pharmaceutical Manufacturing – A Green Digital Twin Perspective (SPM–AGDTP)” (SPM–AGDTP) on 17 July 2026. The seminar focused on recent advancements in Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twin technology, automation, and sustainable pharmaceutical manufacturing.The programme provided an excellent platform for students, researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and explore emerging trends in pharmaceutical research and manufacturing.Students of Excel College of Pharmacy actively participated in the E-Poster Presentation Competition, showcasing innovative research integrating Artificial Intelligence, herbal formulations, and advanced drug delivery systems. Their presentations reflected creativity, scientific knowledge, and research excellence while highlighting the role of emerging technologies in pharmaceutical innovation.The seminar successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of smart manufacturing, digital technologies, green practices, and future developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
