The session began with the Tamil Rotary prayer song and the Four-Way Test, followed by a welcome speech by Mr. P. Varunkumar, Head, Department of Business Administration and EDC Coordinator. Dr. R. VimalNishant, Principal, Excel College for Commerce and Science emphasized the importance of developing future skills for entrepreneurial growth. Dr. T. Shankar, Chief IQAC, delivered the inaugural address, highlighted the significance of smart techniques and innovative ideas in entrepreneurship.

Dr. S. Subramanian, Program Head, School of Commerce, gave the felicitation address. Our esteemed Chief Guest, Rtn. R. Ravichandran, Regional Admin Chair for Erode and Ooty (Rotary Club), who spoke about women empowerment and encouraged students to believe in their ideas.

Our resource person, Rtn. MD. K. Lakshmi Devi, CEO of O2 Smart Wash & Detergents, shared her inspiring entrepreneurial journey and stressed the importance of empowering youth to enter the business world with confidence and creativity. Another guest, Rtn. S. Gowri, Founder of Creative (a website design and digital marketing firm), provided insights into Smart Wash and Detergent as a modern, innovative cleaning solution designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s households.

Students participated enthusiastically in the program, with over 300 actively engaging and gaining valuable insights into becoming future entrepreneurs. Mr. M. Shankar, Assistant Professor, delivered the vote of thanks, expressed gratitude to all the organizers, speakers, and participants. The event concluded with the National Anthem.
