Our Hostel Facilities

Excel Institutions provide excellent hostel facilities for students that make them feel that they are in a home away from home during the period of their education. At Excel, the hostels have good infrastructure that caters to separate stay for Boy Students as well as Girl students comfortably. In addition to providing the facilities listed below, various activities like movie shows on Big Screen on weekends, cultural events and festivities during festival seasons are conducted in a homely manner for the benefit of the hostellers. Excel hostels provide single, double and multiple member rooms.

Hostel Details

Hostels are constructed separately for Boys & Girls.
The hostel rooms sized to accommodate 2 to 6 beds, as per the needs of the students with attached bathrooms as well as common bathrooms.
Facilities within the hostels come on different price tags to suit the budget of the students.
Excel institutions take special care to provide a secure atmosphere for all the inmates from various regions.
All the rooms are well-ventilated and spacious enough with fans and adequate lighting.
All the rooms have adequate furniture and separate shelves for the convenience of every occupant.

A Pure Vegetarian Kitchen, provided with modern kitchen equipment like Vegetable cutting machine, Steamers and boilers, Dough kneading machine & Grinders, prepares quality, delicious and nutritious food for all the hostellers.
Television with multi-channels is provided in the mess hall for watching news relays and also for entertainment during meals as well as for relaxation in the evening.

Hostel Rules

Hostel admission is valid for one year. Admission will be given for the following year based on the student’s performance and behaviour.
The Students must keep their rooms neat and clean. Writing or sticking bills and notices on the walls or windows is strictly prohibited. Fines will be collected from the erring students.
Smoking or using intoxicating drinks or drugs is strictly prohibited; violators will be severely punished with dismissal.
For any breakage or destruction of the hostel belongings, a fine double to the amount of the cost of the articles damaged, will be levied in addition to dismissal from the hostel.
Proper permission should be obtained from the Hostel Warden for leaving or staying back in the hostel out of turn and also get an Out-Pass for going out of the campus for any reason.
