Pathology

Pathology is a branch of medical science primarily concerning the cause, origin and nature of disease. It involves the examination of tissues, organs, bodily fluids and autopsies in order to study and diagnose disease. Pathologists who diagnose disease by examining cells and tissue samples, and sometimes through performing autopsies.

Pathology  will require a high level of technical and analytical skills. If you enjoy a technical challenge, and want to help fight disease and maintain health, pathology will offer you the chance to do that.
