• B.Sc. Radiology Imaging Technology (RIT) is an undergraduate Program offered by Excel Institute of Health Sciences. Radiography Technology is an allied health profession.
• It is concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease through the use of clinical scan tests.

Scope

• The Practice of modern medicine would be impossible without the tests performed in the laboratory.
• Radiograph Technologists work in major areas in Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic Scan Centers, Radiographic Research Organizations, Industrial Medical Coding Centers, Radiation offices, and in Nursing Homes
• Radiographers perform more complex and complicated tests. They have more training and job responsibilities. In some laboratories, diagnostic technologists conduct research under guidance of medical professionals.
• Many positions are open now for qualified laboratory professionals in various sectors like Govt & Private Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing homes, Scan centers, Research fields, Public health facilities, Commercial laboratories, Medical coding centers  etc.,
