World Heart Day

On the event of World Heart Day, Dr Vignesh as a spokesman from Dept. of Modern Diagnostic Methods organized an event on 28^th Sep, 2024 at AYUSH Auditorium, Excel Medical Campus to raise awareness about Cardiovascular diseases and to promote heart health among student community. Briefed the Cardiovascular Examination and procedure of Basic life support – Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). In addition to it Dr Keertheesvar explained about the Diet preventing CVD’s. As per the Global theme of the year “Use Heart for Action”, encouraged all the students and staffs to prioritize their heart health and advocating for behavior change and physical activity.Nearly 120 students from second & third year, EMCNY got benefitted.
