State Level Yoga Competititon
5th State Level Yoga Competition with Patanjali Yoga Sutra and Tirumandiram Recitation Competition was organized by Excel Medical College for Naturopathy and Yoga in association with Tamilnadu Professionally Qualified Registered Yoga Teachers Welfare Association ©Chennai, Erode District. Around 300 Students were registered, participated and performed yogasanas, recited yoga sutras & Tirumandiram. Competition was held at Excel Public School and its Finals with Prize distribution were happened at Excel Convention Center.
Event was inaugurated by Dr. R. Malathi, Principal EMCNY; Dr. M. Madhavan, State President TNPQRYTWA; Mr. C. Gunasekaran, State Joint Secretary, TNPQRYTWA; Mr. K. Senthil Kumar, District President (Erode), TNPQRYTWA.Special Address was delivered by the Chief guest Dr.V.Vallimurugan, Asst. Prof, Dept. of Physical Education, Bharathiyar University. Prizes for winners were distributed by Dr. N. MathanKarthik, Vice Chairman, EGI and Prof. Mrs. Kaviyarasi, Director Excel Public School.
