Non Communicable Diseases-Health Screening And Education

One day camp on health screening and health education programme was conducted as a part of community health program at  Excel Medical campus with the theme “ Early detection of Non Communicable Diseases”. The participants were given a free health screening to educate and  rule out early signs and symptoms of non communicable diseases such as Hypertension, Obesity, Diabetes mellitus.They were given awareness on sedentary lifestyle, improper food and sleep habits and how one’s ignorance of healthy living can lead to chronic diseases and ways of prevention by adopting a healthy lifestyle in tune with Naturopathy & Yoga. Free Naturopathy treatments and Pranayama sessions were taught to them. Around 20 members benefited from this camp.
