Health Awareness Talk On Personal Hygiene

Department of Safety and Fire Engineering organized a seminar titled “Support for Personal Hygiene in Educational Institutes” on April 24, 2025, at Engineering Campus. Dr. J. Gokulakannan, Assistant Professor and Medical Officer from the Department of Manipulative Therapies, served as the resource person and delivered an insightful session emphasizing the importance of personal hygiene, particularly in academic settings. He highlighted the vital connection between hygiene practices and overall health, while also discussing water’s essential role in maintaining cleanliness and well-being. The seminar successfully raised awareness among students and faculty about the importance of promoting personal hygiene and fostering a healthier educational environment.
