From Classrooms To Calm: Celebrating Idy 2025 With Students

The 11th International Day of Yoga program was conducted at Sri Palaniappa Matriculation School, Suramangalam, Salem, on 21st June, 2025. The event was inaugurated by our Principal cum Medical Superintendent, Dr. Malathi, who also delivered an insightful health talk on the importance of yoga in daily life. Following this, our yoga team demonstrated various yoga asanas, which were enthusiastically practiced by the students. The celebration was marked by active participation and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a memorable and impactful event.
