Young Hearts, Yogic Starts

Excel Public School (CBSE) and Excel Medical College for Naturopathy and Yoga came together to joyfully celebrate 11^th International Day of Yoga on 20^th June, 2025 at Excel Convention Center. The event was inaugurated by Dr. R. Malathi, Principal of EMCNY, Mr. Santhanamohan, Principal of EPS, and Mr. Selvamani, Vice Principal of EPS. Studentsdemonstrated the Common Yoga Protocol under the instructions given by Dr. Monisha, Lecturer and Medical Officer, Dept. of Yoga, inspiring young learners with the essence of holistic wellness. The celebration emphasized the importance of introducing yogic practices early in life to nurture healthier generations ahead.
