TWO DAYS YOGA RETREAT PROGRAM
A Mass Yoga Retreat Program was organized on March 17-18, 2025, at the Mini Auditorium, Pharmacy Block, EGI, promoting holistic wellness through yoga, meditation, and fitness. The first day’s forenoon session focused on conscious breathing techniques and pranayama, followed by an afternoon session on AUM chanting and cyclic meditation to enhance mindfulness. On the second day, participants explored mudras and their health benefits in the forenoon, while the afternoon session featured an energetic Zumba fitness dance. Students from all batches actively participated in the event and greatly benefited from the sessions. The program was successfully conducted by our principal Dr. Malathi and Dr. Monisha, Lecturer, Dept. of Yoga, inspiring attendees to embrace a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
