Proudly Celebrated International Women’s Day in our College campus on 07.03.2025 at AYUSH Auditorium, Excel Medical Campus with the theme of “Empowering Women, Empowering Humanity”. Our Esteemed Chief Guest Dr Sadhana, Professor & Medical Officer, Dept. of Human Anatomy and Community Medicine from Govt. Naturopathy & Yoga College and Hospital, Chennai. She delivered a captivating speech highlighting the remarkable healing capacity inherent in every woman, strength, resilience and achievements of women worldwide, promoting gender equality & unity and also about the significance women’s support behind every successful man, with the importance of mutual respect. The event was lightened up with cultural events by our 2024 Batch students Ms Malavika and Ms Krishnapriya; Ms Priya from 2023 Batch and Ms Bhavana from 2022 Batch along with elocution in both tamil and english which was delivered by Ms Aasha from 2021 Batch and Ms Nishanthini from 2022 Batch on “International Women’s Day – Accelerate Action for Gender Equality”.

On the occasion of the 89th Shivajayanti & International Women’s Day Celebration at Brahma Kumari’s Peace Palace, Mamarathu Palayam, Erode, on Mar 10, 2025. Our Principal, Dr Malathi, was invited as the Chief Guest. She inaugurated the program by lighting the ceremonial lamp and delivered an inspiring speech about our institution, women empowerment, and shared valuable health tips. Dr Malathi also presented certificates and medals to students in recognition of their achievements. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 250+ students and members of the public, making it a grand and successful celebration.

Women Empowerment Cell of Excel College for Commerce and Science, Komarapalayam, in association with the AJS Trust, Rotary Erode, and JCI Erode Super Kings, proudly celebrated International Women’s Day at Vellappar hall, EGI on Mar 8, 2025 with a remarkable and empowering event. The celebration, themed “Saluting Women”, was a heartfelt tribute to the immeasurable contributions and indomitable spirit of women in nation-building and community development. The event was honoured by the esteemed presence of our principal Dr. R. Malathi, as the chief guest. With her outstanding medical expertise and remarkable career, Dr. Malathi’s inspiring journey highlighted the power of perseverance, compassion, and leadership. Her words resonated deeply with the audience, emphasizing the limitless potential women hold in transforming lives and communities.

The Tamil Nadu Urban Livelihood Movement organized a health awareness talk and free medical camp for Women’s Self-Help Group members on March 28, 2025, at JKKN Community Hall, Komarapalayam. Our doctors led the camp, coordinated by Dr. Raja Solomon, Dr. Muthukrishnan, Dr. Deebika and Dr. Monisha with support from 40 final-year BNYS students. Around 1,200 women received free Naturopathy consultations, vitals checkups, eye exercises, and yoga therapy. Dr. Deebika P conducted a breath awareness and pranayama session to help manage stress and improve mental clarity. The event successfully promoted holistic health and well-being among women.
