Special Yoga session and Medical camp at Thivannamalai Ramana maharishi Ashram

A one day special Yoga session followed by free Naturopathy and Yoga medical camp was organized at Thirvannamalai, Sri Ramana Maharishi Ashram medical dispensary. Dr. Aruna Ramanan, pediatric surgeon and Dr. Ananda Ramanan, pediatric oncologist  presided over the function. Dr. Muthu Krishnan,senior medical officer, EMCNY  was the guest speaker. He gave an awareness talk on “Yogic way of living for health and wellness” The BNYS student volunteers from I year demonstrated various asanas,pranayama to the  public. Dr. Monisha , Medical officer, EMCNY  taught Yoga nidra session to all the participants.Around 130 members benefitted on the occasion.
