Caste Discrimination Complaint Cell

• The CDC Cell will look into matters that deprive a student or group of students of their just rights based on a particular caste, creed, religion, language, ethnicity, gender, disability of any type, and regarding matters of imposing conditions on any student which is incompatible with the dignity of human beings.
• The Cell is constituted to safeguard the interest of students without any prejudice to their caste, creed, religion, language, ethnicity, gender, disability and to eliminate discrimination or harassment of any student in Excel Group Institutions by providing preventive measures and meting out punishment for those who indulge in any form of discrimination, to promote equality among the students.
• The Committee will receive complaints from the affected students regarding discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, religion, language, ethnicity, gender or disability, and conduct a proper enquiry, and submit a detailed report to the undersigned for suitable action.
