Construction Yard

The aim of the construction yard is to enrich the culture of learning by doing, as the process of learning is not only concentrated within the classroom.

The ECAP Construction Yard is of 300 sq m in area and is located at the backside of the department.

The Construction Yard is considered to be the most important space in the Institute of Architecture and Planning.

It is a space where students work with materials like wood, metal, clay, etc. These exercises are very important for an overall development of the students.

This yard gives an ample opportunity for the students to experiment with various building materials and building construction technology.

The Construction Yard provides the students an opportunity to work as a team and get practical experience.

It provides an outdoor space to engage students in hands-on activity to make various building elements using wide range of materials.
