WORLD POPULATION DAY REPORT- 11TH JULY 2026

On Behalf of Community Health Nursing Department we celebrated World Population day on 11th July 2026 at ENC Lecture Hall -3. The program was started at 11.00 am to 12.00 pm.

Theme “Realizing the hopes and Aspiration of young people today for the Future” The slogan Competition (Tamil Writing, English writing, Oral) was conducted for B.Sc Nursing VI Semester students

The Programe was lead by Dr.T.Jayadeepa Principal Excel Nursing College. The program was Organized by Prof. Kumudha SR. HOD of Community Health Nursing Department. The program started with welcome address by Mrs.G.Parimala, Nursing Tutor. We invited Mr.C .Murugesan, Mr.Edison Aruputha Raj.D, Senior Health Inspectors (Department of Excel Institute of health & Science) as a chief guest after completion of slogan Competition students won 5 prizes. Ms.Sathiya, Nursing Tutor. Has proposed the Vote of thanks. Around 30 students were Benefited by the program & the program concluded at 12.30 pm.
