WORLD HEPATITIS DAY PROGRAMME

The World Hepatitis Day programme was conducted by Department of Medical Surgical Nursing on 28.07.2026. The Programme was started at 2.30pm lead by Dr.T.Jayadeepa, Principal, Excel Nursing College. The programme was guided by Mrs.Vinotha G, Associate Professor & HOD, Medical Surgical Nursing Department. The welcome address delivered by Ms.Dharani, B.Sc(N) Sem IV student. The Programme was conducted based on theme “Let’s break it down”. The Special Chief Guest Mrs.Kanimozhili M.Sc, M.Phil, Assistant Professor from the Department of Microbiology, Excel College of Commerce & Science, gave speech on Hepatitis- causes, transmission and its preventions. Mr.Aravinth, M.Sc (N), Nursing Tutor has proposed Vote of Thanks. In this programme B.Sc Nursing Sem IV students around 96 students have benefited. This programme was successfully completed at 4.00 pm.
