World – Anti – Leprosy Day(30.01.2025)
The “World Anti Leprosy Day” Lecture class was conducted by Excel Nursing College on 30.01.2025 at B.Sc (Nursing) Sem-V Class room. The Programme was started at 10.30am with Welcome address delivered by Mrs. Vasanthapriya.K (Associate Professor). The Programme Lead by Dr.Jayadeepa.T are principal of Excel Nursing College. The Chief Guest was Invited form TN Government Sector, Mr.C.K Ramachandran (District Health Educator) , Mr.Arulmani (Senior tuberculoses controller) and Mr.Boopathi (Regional Health Inspector). Mr.C.K Ramachandran Shared the history of Leprosy, Causes, Signs and symptoms, Advanced Diagnosis machines used in Namakkal District and combination of drug management information. They are taken worth regarding World Leprosy Day infront of Chief Guest In that programme 60 Students of B.Sc (Nursing) from Sem-V and 15 Students from DHI –2nd Year were benefited in this programme. The Students asked some doubts and clarified it. Finally vote of Thanks proposed by Mrs.Vasantha Priya.K (Associate Professor).
The programme successfully completed by 12.40pm.
