National Youth Day (11.01.2024)

The Excel Nursing College, Komarapalyam celebrated National Youth day on 11/01/2024 (Prepond) at ENC MULTIPURPOSE HALL between 11 am to 12.30 pm. Excel Nursing College Principal Dr.T.Jayadeepa lead the programme. Dr.Monisha.S.N lecturer cum Medical Officer Excel Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yoga Sciences College Faculty was invited as the chief guest for the programme. The chief guest delivered the special speech on “How to maintain the good healthy life style for youngster & given some health related information’s”. Excel BNYS students performed Varity of yoga exercise such as Sukshma vyayama, Balancing asanas, and Breathing exercises and conducted the re–demonstration class for III Year B.sc Nursing students. Around 50 students & Staffs of ENC were benefited, gained knowledge & Practice yoga exercise. Finally the programme was ended at 12.30pm with  Vote of thanks & National Anthem.
