National Newborn Week

The National newborn week awareness program was conducted by Excel nursing college on 29/11 2024.the program was started at 1.20 pm organized by Mrs.Vasanthapriya.K (Assossiate Professor) and Mrs.Thilaka.P(Asst.Professor). The program was lead by DR.T.Jayadeepa, Principal of  Excel Nursing College. The quiz competition was conducted based on the theme “ Safety, Quality and Nurturing care – birth right of every newborn”. III Year BSc.,Nursing students were divided into four groups and each group consisted of 3 participants. Totally 5 rounds were organized in this competition and students were enthusiastically participated. They have gained adequate knowledge regarding the “National newborn week”.Finally Group B won the 1 st prize and group won the 2 nd prize . the program successfully completed at 3.00 pm with National Anthem.
