International Yoga day Celebration

Excel Nursing College, Komarapalayam, commemorated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2024. Dr. T. Jayadeepa, Principal of Excel Nursing College, led the event. The theme for the year focused on integrating yoga into daily life. Students from the fourth year and fourth semester, Sandra and Surya, demonstrated the Suryanamaskar asana. Following the demonstration, they explained the benefits of yoga and emphasized its role in promoting a healthy lifestyle. Approximately 50 students participated attentively in the yoga exercises. The programme was ended with national anthem.
