Kongu Arivalayam educational and Training centre for special children Educational visit (III Year B.Sc (Nursing) Child Health Nursing requirements.
Excel Nursing 3rd Year B.Sc (N) students 55 members went Educational visit to Kongu Arivalayam in Erode. At 10.30am entered the special children Training center, from 10.30 am to 11.00 am attended the Lecture Class regarding Mentally Challenged Children Causes, Signs & Symptoms, Preventive Measures and its management specially low they are having classes. And visited the class room with the guidance of Kongu Arivalayam Faculties. The students observed early Intervention Unit, Sensory unit, Physiotherapy unit, Speechtherapy, Occupationaltherapy, Self help unit, Yogatherapy and explained by the experts and students gain adequate knowledge regarding mentally special children. Prof.P.Beulah M.Sc(N) Vice Principal & Asst.Prof Mrs.K.VasanthaPriya M.Sc (N) were accompanied with students. The educational trip successfully completed at 01.30 pm.
