WORLD LIVER DAY

The World Liver Day programme was conducted by Department of Medical Surgical Nursing on 20.04.2026.  The programme was lead by Dr.T.Jayadeepa, Principal, Excel Nursing College.  The programme was started from 2 pm to 3 pm with the welcome address delivered by Mrs.G.Vinotha, Associate Professor, Excel Nursing College. The programme was conducted based on theme “Solid Habits Strong Liver”. The special chief guest was Dr.Rajasekar, Assistant Professor from the Department of Physiology, Excel Institute of Health Science (AHS). He gave speech on importance of liver and its disease condition and preventions of liver diseases. In this programme SEM III and DGNM II year nursing students around 128 students have benefited. This programme was successfully completed at 3.00 pm.
