WORLD HEALTH DAY -2026
On behalf of Community Health Nursing Department. We observed World Health day on 17.04.2026. The theme of the programme was ‘Together for Health, Stand with science first, welcome address was delivered by Prof. S R. Kumudha, HOD of Community Health Nursing Department. The programme was lead by Dr.T.Jayadeepa, Principal Excel Nursing College. Prof.Dr. S R. Ameerkhan Babu, HOD, Department of practice of medicine, Homeopathy Medical College was invited as chief guest of the programme sir has briefly explained about the infection control measures, technology in nursing & role of nurse in World Health Day. Ms.D.Lavanya 1st year DGNM has proposed the vote of thanks’. Nearly 60 I Year DGNM students has benefitted from this programme.
