I Year GNM (2025-2028) Batch Cooking Demo
As a part of curriculum requirement Cooking Demo was conducted for I Year GNM Students on 2nd April2026. The demo class was conducted for about 56 students in the morning session from 10.00am to 1.00 pm. Students were split into 6 groups and given individual themes. At the end of the session they displayed their cooked menus with colourful menu cards and explained the Health benefits and Nutritive value of their prepared recipe. The Principal and faculties of ENC went through the Displayed Recipes and gave valuable suggestions. Students learnt the Method of cooking and Health benefits of the Food groups through this demo session.
