WORLD STROKE DAY
World Stroke Day awareness program was organized by Excel Nursing College on 26th October 2024 (actually day was on 29th October 2024) at Bharath Neuro Hospital, Erode. The program was started at 11.00am. The theme for world stroke day is “Harnessing the emotional power of sport to be greater than stroke”. Under guidance of Mrs.S.Sonia, Associate Professor, HOD of Medical Surgical Nursing Department and Ms.G.Parimala (Nursing Tutor) faculty of Excel Nursing College. III Year B.Sc Nursing students had created the awareness through health education and live demonstration to teach the special exercise for stroke patient. The awareness program was successfully completed at 11.45am. Around 25 stroke patients were benefited by this program.
