Maignanamoorthy.<\/p>\n

The programme was delivered by Dr. C. Elavenil, M.D. (Siddha), Assistant Professor, Department of Noi Naadal. The seminar focused on the theme \u201cAccess for All \u2013 Women and Girls Bleed Too\u201d and highlighted the importance of awareness, early diagnosis, and management of hemophilia and other bleeding disorders.<\/p>\n

A total of 57 Second Professional Junior students participated actively in the programme. Maignanamoorthy.<\/p>\n

The seminar was delivered by Dr. D. S. Vaniswari, M.D. (S), Associate Professor, Department of Udal Thathuvam. The programme focused on the theme \u201cAutism and Humanity \u2013 Every Life Has Value\u201d, emphasizing the dignity, rights, inclusion, and support for autistic individuals in education, healthcare, and society.<\/p>\n

First Professional students and Faculties attended the seminar.<\/p>\n

A seminar was organized on the occasion of Women\u2019s Day on 7th March 2026. The program aimed to create awareness about women\u2019s health, empowerment, and overall well-being.<\/p>\n

The program was organized under the guidance of the respected Principal, Dr.M.Maignanamoorthy and the session was delivered by the distinguished speaker, Dr.Gowthami,Assistant Professor, who highlighted the importance of maintaining physical, mental, and reproductive health among women. She emphasized the need for regular health check-ups, balanced nutrition, and stress management in today\u2019s fast-paced lifestyle.<\/p>\n

The seminar also addressed key issues such as menstrual health, anemia, lifestyle disorders, and the importance of early detection and prevention of diseases. The role of education and awareness in empowering women to take charge of their health was strongly stressed.<\/p>\n

The program was interactive, with participants actively engaging in discussions and asking questions. The resource person provided clear and practical guidance, making the session highly beneficial and informative.<\/p>\n

The session was led by the esteemed resource person, Dr. Sundara Meenal, who shared her valuable expertise and insights on this important subject.<\/p>\n

The program was organized under the guidance of the respected Principal, Dr.M.Maignanamoorthy.and conducted by Dr.K.Vithya, Associate Professor,Dept of Sool Magalir Maruthuvam<\/p>\n

The program focused on various aspects of women\u2019s health, including reproductive health, common gynecological issues, and the increasing prevalence of infertility. The resource person explained the causes of infertility in both males and females, highlighting lifestyle factors, hormonal imbalances, and underlying medical conditions. Emphasis was also given to early diagnosis and appropriate management.<\/p>\n

The session covered modern diagnostic techniques, treatment options such as medical therapy and assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and preventive measures to improve reproductive health. Special attention was given to patient counseling, awareness, and the role of healthcare professionals in providing holistic care.<\/p>\n

The CME program was highly informative and interactive. Participants actively engaged in discussions and clarified their doubts. The session enhanced the knowledge and clinical understanding of attendees regarding women\u2019s healthcare and infertility management.<\/p>\n

The program was organized under the guidance of the respected Principal, Dr.M.Maignanamoorthy \u00a0and the session was delivered by Dr.S.Sushma, Assistant Professor who provided valuable insights into the causes, transmission, and clinical features of tuberculosis. She emphasized that tuberculosis is a contagious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and primarily affects the lungs, though it can involve other organs as well.<\/p>\n

The resource person highlighted the importance of early diagnosis through sputum examination, chest X-ray, and other investigations. She also explained the standard treatment protocols, including the use of anti-tubercular therapy (ATT), and stressed the importance of treatment adherence to prevent drug resistance.<\/p>\n

Preventive measures such as maintaining good hygiene, proper nutrition, vaccination (BCG), and early detection were discussed in detail. The seminar also focused on public health strategies to control TB and the role of healthcare professionals in spreading awareness.<\/p>\n

The session was delivered by Dr. Sivakumar Logaiyan, Chief Executive, Dr. Siva Ayush, who shared practical insights on business opportunities, product development, licensing, and marketing in the Siddha and AYUSH sector.<\/p>\n

The session was led by Dr. A. Swaminathan, M.D (Siddha), AMO, Government Hospital, Uthamapalayam, who provided expert guidance and live demonstrations on therapeutic Thokkanam techniques for managing spine and shoulder joint disorders. The program emphasized practical skill development through real-time demonstrations, interactive learning, and hands-on participation. Faculty members, students and interns actively engaged in the session, enhancing their clinical proficiency in musculoskeletal management through Siddha therapeutic approaches.<\/p>\n

The programme was formally inaugurated by the Principal Dr. M. Maignanamoorthy MD (s), who highlighted the importance of timely first aid and life-saving skills in emergency care.<\/p>\n

The CME focused on hands-on training in CPR and Basic Life Support, management of chest pain, hypoglycemia, fractures, choking, shock, seizures, IV fluids, and basic first aid principles. The sessions were handled by experienced nursing faculty and included demonstrations, interactive discussions, and practical exposure.<\/p>\n
