The ministry of AYUSH, a ministry of India is responsible for developing education, research and propagation of traditional medicine systems in India. The department of Indian system of medicine & homeopathy was first established in 1995. ISM&H was renamed as AYUSH Siddha and made into official ministry by Honorable Prime Minister\u00a0 Shri.Narendra Modi, Government of India in 2014.<\/p>\n

Siddha is one of the earliest traditional and devotional medicine systems in the world, this system not only treats the disease also teaches daily healthy external body discipline, internal body discipline, how to improve immunity naturally,stability to mind , soul and teaches humanity.<\/p>\n

Siddha system giving not only medicine also physician giving healthy life style advice,mind calm yogic exercise, disease curing yoga and exercises,healthy food advice and interacting with patients closely and spent much time.so all these activities treating the patients not only the medicine by acknowledging the Significance of Siddha medicine and its use in public health care, the Management of Excel Group of Institution has opened the \u201d Excel Siddha College and Research Centre\u201d with approval of NCISM<\/strong>, DIM&H, Tamilnadu Government and Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India from the academic session 2018-2019.
