The Department of Mechanical Engineering conducted a club activity on “Design for Manufacturing \u2013 Precision through CAD” in the CAD Lab from 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. The activity was coordinated by Mr. R. Karunanidhi. The programme began with a motivational address by Mr. M. Srikanth, Vice Principal, who encouraged the students to enhance their CAD design skills and participate actively in technical activities. Mr. A. Subramanian, Principal, appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of such activities in developing industry-relevant competencies.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The students actively participated in the design activity and designed and assembled the given diagrams, The designs were evaluated by the jury members, Mr. M. Moorthi and Mr. R. Mani, who provided valuable feedback and suggestions for improvement.
