The programme began with an invocation, followed by the welcome address by <\/span><\/span>Mr. M. <\/span>Moorthi<\/span>, Lecturer<\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span>Mr. M. Srikanth, Vice Principal & HOD<\/span><\/span>, felicitated the gathering, and <\/span><\/span>Prof. A. Subramanian, Principal<\/span><\/span>, delivered the presidential address.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The keynote session was presented by <\/span><\/span>Dr.<\/span> Deepak Sankaran, Associate Professor, Business School, Excel Engineering College<\/span><\/span>, who explained the principles of <\/span><\/span>Lean Manufacturing<\/span><\/span>, <\/span><\/span>Six Sigma<\/span><\/span>, and the <\/span><\/span>DMAIC <\/span>methodology<\/span><\/span>. He highlighted their role in improving quality, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity in manufacturing industries.
