Manivannan, Principal, Excel College of Pharmacy, Komarapalayam<\/strong>, successfully participated in the <strong>Leadership Development Programme for Pharmacy Leaders<\/strong>, organized by the <strong>Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi<\/strong>, on <strong>3rd and 4th July 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The prestigious two-day national programme brought together Principals, Deans, Directors, and senior faculty members from pharmacy institutions across India to strengthen academic leadership, institutional governance, quality assurance, innovation, and professional excellence in pharmacy education.<\/p>\n<p>The programme featured expert sessions delivered by eminent academicians, educationists, and senior officials of the Pharmacy Council of India on leadership strategies, institutional development, outcome-based education, regulatory compliance, faculty empowerment, and future directions in pharmacy education.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. R. Manivannan actively participated in the interactive deliberations, group discussions, and leadership training sessions. On successful completion of the programme, he was awarded a <strong>Certificate of Participation<\/strong> by the Pharmacy Council of India.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Manivannan stated that the knowledge and leadership practices acquired during the programme would further enhance academic quality, institutional administration, faculty development, and student-centered learning initiatives at Excel College of Pharmacy.<\/p>\n<p>The Management, faculty members, students, and staff of Excel College of Pharmacy congratulated Dr. R.
