The session was graced by Dr. Parveen Kousar, HoD of Physiology &amp; Psychology, Excel Medical College for Naturopathy and Yoga, whose insightful talk emphasized that mental well-being is foundational to overall health. From practical stress-relief tools like breathing techniques, physical activity, and self-care, to the importance of journaling, mindful living, and healthy eating, her session encouraged students to embrace a more balanced, thoughtful lifestyle. She further inspired the audience to broaden their perspectives and recognize the deep connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions.
