The chief guest delivered the special speech on \u201cHow to maintain the good healthy life style for youngster & given some health related information\u2019s\u201d. Excel BNYS students performed Varity of yoga exercise such as Sukshma vyayama, Balancing asanas, and Breathing exercises and conducted the re\u2013demonstration class for III Year B.sc Nursing students. Around 50 students & Staffs of ENC were benefited, gained knowledge & Practice yoga exercise. Finally the programme was ended at 12.30pm with Vote of thanks & National Anthem."}
