These subjects are taught to Second Year BHMS students.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00a0Department has got the Infrastructure as well as the Experienced Staff who bring in innovative teaching methods to present the knowledge and provide a clear understanding of Pathology and Microbiology, based on the syllabus prescribed by the regulatory authorities, namely, The Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai and CCH, New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>The Department has 2 separate Laboratories (One for Pathology and one for Microbiology&amp; Parasitology) which are spacious, well lighted and ventilated.<\/p>\n<p>The laboratories can accommodate 100 students in 2 batches and are well equipped with sufficient specimens, equipment, instruments and other facilities as prescribed by CCH. Each lab has an attached preparation room cum store room. Adequate water supply, electricity, LPG connection, fire extinguisher is also available.
