\nIndustry Guest Lecture on \u201cEngineering Innovation & Industrial Practices: Building Future-Ready Aeronautical
\nEngineers\u201d on 08.08.2026 from 10.00 am to 01.00 pm at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Hall. The programme was
\ndelivered by Mr. P. N. Senthil Kumar, Vice President \u2013 Human Resource, ARC Groups, Coimbatore, who shared
\nvaluable insights into current industrial practices, engineering innovation, industry expectations and the skills
\nrequired for successful engineering careers. The session focused on bridging the gap between academic
\nlearning and industrial requirements, with emphasis on technical competency, communication, teamwork,
\nproblem-solving, professional attitude, adaptability and continuous learning. Students gained awareness of
\ncareer opportunities, employability skills and the importance of developing industry-relevant competencies. An
\ninteractive session provided students with an opportunity to clarify their queries related to industrial careers and
\nprofessional development. The programme was successfully conducted and served as a valuable platform for
