Manjula, Program Head, School of Arts and Science, has given a heartfelt welcoming speech to kick off the program. Dr. R.Vimal Nishant, Principal has presented<br \/>\nthe presidential address. Mr. M. Suresh, Head, Department of English, has introduced the Chief Guests. Resource Personnel: During the seven-day event, distinguished speakers from well-known Indian universities included:<br \/>\nDay 1: Dr. S. Selvalakshmi, has shared \u201cTo Equipping teachers with classroom management techniques and well-being tactics for a well-rounded, productive teaching experience.\u201d<br \/>\nDay 2: Dr. Amala Arokia Raj, has discussed \u201cTo Examining contemporary ELT strategies to improve learner engagement and the efficacy of language instruction.\u201d<br \/>\nDay 3: Dr. S. Boopathi, has talked over \u201cToEnhancing ELT through effective assessment and evaluation for meaningful learning outcomes.\u201d<br \/>\nDay 4: Dr. B. Padmanabhan, has coined \u201cTo Integrating literature and culture in ELT to enrich language learning and foster global understanding.&#8221;<br \/>\nDay 5:Dr. Mohamed Umar Farooq, has delivered \u201cTo Fostering growth through professional development and collaboration for impactful and innovative practices.&#8221;<br \/>\nDay 6: Dr. Pradyumansinh Raj, has explained &#8220;To Transforming the language learning with innovative ELT techniques for engagement and effectiveness.&#8221;<br \/>\nDay 7: Dr. A. Nanthakumar, has shared &#8220;To Enhancing language skills through effective strategies for communication, comprehension, and fluency.\u201d Mr. S. Srinivasan, Assistant Professor of English, has offered the vote of gratitude.
